Neighborhoods

Here are links to the neighborhood associations in La Crosse.

Powell-Hood-Hamilton Neighborhood Association (PHH) was the first neighborhood association formed. It encompasses that far southwest side of the city.

The Lower Northside Depot Neighborhood Association (LNSDNA) includes the area around the Depot on the Lower Northside and east to Indian Hill.

 The Goosetown-Campus Neighborhood Association (GCNA) was formed in 1999. It includes the area west of UW-L to Downtown.

The Washburn Neighborhood Association (WNA) was established in 2001. It includes the area south of Cass St, west of West Ave and north of Jackson St.
  The Grandview-Emerson Neighborhood Association (GENA) is an independent neighborhood association started in the Fall of 2002. It is east of Goosetown to Losey Blvd and north of Cass St to the marsh.
